Mqabba FC is delighted to announce that we have completed the signing of 19-year-old Byron Madu .
For the last three seasons Madu, who is a product of San Gwann Football Nursery, has been part of Grays Athletic Football Club teams, where he was part of the under-19 team. Last season h even played for the main squad of the English club.
Madu is able to play both as a striker and as a lateral midfielder.
Mqabba FC is delighted to announce that the 21-year-old midfielder Brooklyn Sciberras will play for Mqabba FC again next season.
Sciberras is a product of Floriana FC and this will be his third season with our club.

Mqabba F.C. has reached an agreement with 20 year old defender Luke Musu for season 2022/2023.
During the last season Luke was an integral part of our defense and is a young player full of potential.
Luke has already proven that he can perform on the top level and that he is capable of playing for Mqabba. He has many good skills and qualities.

The defender join us from Marsaxlokk FC as last season he was part of the squad that gained promotion to the Maltese Premier League.
Iven is a player we have been tracking for some time and his performances over the past few years are exactly what we are looking for. He is a fighter and a winner and will add real determination and competition to the squad.
Mqabba Football Club is delighted to announce that we have completed the signing of 21 year old midfielder Matthew Xuereb.
Xuereb has signed a two-year contract and will be a member of our squad for 2022/23.
The midfielder already possesses extensive experience at club level and we are sure he will be a big success with Mqabba over the next years.
Mqabba FC are delighted to announce that Omar Khatib will spend the 2022/23 campaign with our club.
The midfielder won the plaudits of teammates, coaches and fans alike while playing for Goran Adamovic side. His performances were impressive and composed, but still only 21, he will benefit from another season of regular first-team football.
Khatib last year featured eighteen times for our first team.

Mqabba F.C. has reached an agreement with 22 year old midfielder Jacques Vella Critien for season 2022/2023.
During the last season Jacques was an integral part of our midfield. Vella Critien is considered a promising and highly talented young midfielder with great technique.

Mqabba FC is delighted to announce that the 19-year-old goalkeeper Jordan Agius will play for Mqabba FC again next season.
Agius joined Mqabba FC on loan from San Gwann FC in January 2021. Jordan was unfortunate last season when he suffered an injury early in the season and had to miss the entire season. Despite this, Jordan has shown great character and is currently in the final stages of recovery.

Mqabba FC is delighted to announce that Gerson Mifsud has signed a new contract, which will keep him at the club until June 2023.
Last season, the goalkeeper was a significant factor in helping our Under 19 squad maintain their Section B status. Gerson is a fantastic young keeper with the attitude and work-rate to keep improving every day.
We are in a strong position within the goalkeeping department and that gives us the competition for places that we are looking for in the squad. We are all looking forward to working with Gerson and continuing to develop his talent.
