The 21 year old defender Leonard Farrugia joined Mqabba FC in the 2018/19 season.Farrugia previously played with Valletta Football Club and Pieta ‘Hotspurs FC.
Leonard has already played regularly football in the Challenge League apart from being part of the historic youths squad which won two consecutive championships.

21 year old Nursery product Christophe Cutajar will form part of our squad for another year!
Christoph has debuted with the senior team at 16 years of age in a First Division League Match against Vittoriosa during season 2016/17.

Mqabba F.C. has reached an agreement with 21 year old midfielder Jacques Vella Critien.
During the last season Jacques made his debut in the Maltese Premier League for Santa Lucia. He was also the captain of the the minors team.
Vella Critien is a midfielder having potential ability and technique.

Mqabba F.C. has reached an agreement with 19 year old midfielder Joseph Attard.
Joseph is a product of San Gwann Youth Nursery and Floriana Youth Nursery. Attard already played senior team football with Vittoriosa Stars and San Gwann FC.
During the last season Joseph was on loan with Senglea Athletic where he made his debut in the Maltese Premier League.

Mqabba FC is delighted to announce that Karl Ghigo will form part of our senior squad for next season.
The 20-year-old, who has been with Mqabba since the age of 12, was part of the Youth team that won two consecutive promotions.
The exciting midfielder is another product of Mqabba FC Youth Nursery. Karl will be looking to hone his talents behind the scenes and maintain his development at the club in the coming months and years.
We are glad to announce the singing of goalkeeper Jordan Agius for the season 2021/22.
Agius, aged 18, is a product of San Gwann Football Club. He joined our team last season, where he was our keeper for the minors team.
Jordan is currently recovering from an injury. We wish Jordan a speedy recovery and that he will be back with us between the posts soon.

We are glad to announce the singing of Jeremy Azzopardi. Azzopardi, aged 20, is one of the most promising players in his age group.

Mqabba F.C. has reached an agreement with Brooklyn Sciberras for the coming season.
The 20 year old midfielder is a product of Floriana F.C. He joined our club last year and made 15 appearances with the senior team. Brooklyn is a very promising player that will be an asset both for the senior team and the youths.
